Construction to our Preston residential complex just off South Africa Drive in Cosmo City is on schedule with the date of completion set as the 1^st of March 2019. All 60 apartments will be let to tenants. With it being situated in close proximity to public transport, shops and the Curro Group's Meridian Cosmo City School we have already received a large number of enquiries from prospective tenants. Interested parties should not delay in securing a unit within this popular development before February - a strong possibility exists that all units will be let before the date of completion.
