Affordable Housing - May 2017
Rentals have picked up at our Ascot residential development in Crystal Park, Benoni and we hope to have the security complex fully let within the coming months.
As our Brentwood residential complex in Cosmo City nears completion we have noted a definite increase in enquiries relating to the letting of the apartments. It appears as if there is a high demand for quality housing within Cosmo City and we are positive that all 176 apartments will be let within 2-3 months.
