Commercial Development News - June 2017

As our 39B on Kingfisher Office Park nears completion all specialist contractors have moved onto site to commence with the finishing of the sectional title offices. We are currently negotiating with a number of prospective clients, hopefully to conclude a sale before the completion date of the 1^st of August.

Situated within the Cosmo City Business Park, the new premises for the Green Bean Learning Academy, consisting of a 2394m² warehouse, offices and showroom, were completed within a brisk 4 month period and ready for occupation by our clients at the end of May. They will now serve as the new head office and distribution centre for the company.
