It is all-hands-on deck at our iThemba residential development in Albertsdal as we get closer to the month-end occupation date. With almost fifty families taking occupation of their new homes on 1 November, final finishes are being applied. Lawn has been rolled out, and high-speed fibre points fitted to each home. With more sales recorded as we near the completion date, I expect that we will still be concluding a handsome number of sales before the end of the year.

Another milestone was reached at our Fernhill residential project in Bryanston when the first batch of transfers were concluded earlier this month. With only seven homes still available within the scheme I am hopeful that we will have most of Fernhill sold before the end of this year.

All internal works are now completed at the Elemente Estate in Potchefstroom and the appointed transferring attorneys are ensuring everything is in place to submit the first transfers into the deeds office. We have also experienced an uptick in sales since the completion of the estate and with the construction of the first homes commencing soon, I will be expecting a definite surge in interest from prospective clients.

I am happy to report that all homes in our third phase of the Riverspray Lifestyle Estate in Vanderbijlpark are now sold! Construction to the fourth phase has commenced and we hope to have the homes ready for occupation by December. Stand sizes range from a comfortable four hundred square meters to an eye-watering 820 meters squared, with most of the stands situated on the chip-and-putt golf course. I do not expect these properties to be on the market for too long before being sold.

The building plans of the first home to be built in the Elemente residential estate, situated on the banks of the Potchefstroom Dam, were recently submitted to council for approval.

In collaboration with one of the leading architectural firms in Potchefstroom, a home was designed that not only utilized every square meter of the stand but also maximized the view over the dam from both the entertainment and living room areas.

We plan to have the first Elemente home ready early in 2026 and I hope this will be the first of many to come!
