Excellent progress has been made at our Riverspray Lifestyle Estate in Vanderbijlpark since our last newsletter was written and all homes in our fourth phase are now sold! With these homes still under construction, the new owners will be able to take occupation of them in February 2026. Construction to the fifth phase has also commenced and we plan to have these completed by April.

We are down to our last three available homes at the stunning Fernhill residential complex on Homestead Avenue in Bryanston. It is only a matter of time before they will also be sold and if all goes according to plan, they could be transferred to their new owners within the first month or two in 2026.

I am happy to report that we have reached the first milestone at our Harlow Estate project in Craigavon, Sandton with more than 10% of the homes already sold! What makes this feat special is that it has been achieved long before construction on site has commenced!

Over the past two months we have had no less than sixty-five families take occupation of their brand new iThemba homes in Albertsdal, Alberton. iThemba is the first of three security complexes within the brand new Melokhule Estate where residents enjoy excellent 24/7 security strengthened by state-of-the-art biometric access control.

There are already more than five sets of approved plans for homes to be constructed within one of Potchefstroom’s newest and most exclusive residential estates. The Elemente Estate, situated on the eastern banks of the pristine Potchefstroom dam, comprises of fifty-seven full title stands where clients can design and build their future dream home. For those who prefer to avoid the pitfalls usually associated with constructing a home from scratch, a limited number of speculative homes will be built and may be purchased off plan directly from the developer.
