NDALO
The 76 Unit Ndalo development comprises of 2 or 3 Bed, 1- or 2-Bathroom simplex homes boasting pet friendly, walled gardens and carports and has multiple kids play areas within the perimeter walls of the complex. The homes are fully tiled with A-Grade ceramic tiles and fitted with architecturally designed kitchens which are further complimented by engineered quartz worktops. WELVERDIEND Phase 2
Welverdiend is a security complex, perfectly positioned within the 30 hectare De Land Lifestyle Estate and caters for the mature segment of the market. FEATHERSTONE
The Featherstone Development, situated within walking distance of the Hyde Park Shopping Centre, comprises of 30 2-bed, 2-bath luxury apartments with generous open plan kitchens and living areas opening onto sunny patios. All ground floor units have pet-friendly gardens. Elegant modern finishes were used throughout and prepaid electricity units installed.
The complex has a children's play area within the communal grounds, was fibre and satellite ready and enjoys 24/7 security.
MOOILAND Phase 1
Mooiland, set within the 30 hectare De Land Estate, consists of 33 simplex homes, all with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous living areas, automated double garages, a built-in braai and pet friendly gardens and enjoy excellent security in a tranquil environment. The homes are fibre, satellite and PV solar ready.
LEANO
The Leano residential estate consists of 67 duplex homes within a security complex. All homes are fully tiled with A-Grade ceramic tiles and are fitted with architecturally designed kitchens which are further complimented by engineered quartz worktops. The complex offers 24-hour security and access control; is fibre-ready and each unit enjoys an HD Satellite point. There is a large play area for the children within the estate.
PLUMSTEAD
Situated just off Lynnwood Road in a soon-to-be boomed off area and a short 5 minute drive from the N1 - or just a 5 minute drive in the opposite direction to the University of Pretoria Hatfield Campus - the development consists of 30 two bedroom units with two bathrooms, modern kitchens and generous lounge areas. Each unit was fitted with a number of energy saving features, a HD satellite point and an open network fibre point. Clients who secured their units within the first few months of construction had the opportunity to pick the finishes to their new homes.
CHESSINGTON
The Chessington residential development in a fast growing suburb of Dawn Park, Boksburg saw the construction of 37 simplex homes in either a two bed, one bath or three bed, two bath configuration. The fully tiled homes also offered generous reception areas and a number of energy saving features. Each home was fitted with a pre-paid electricity meter and has an allocated covered parking bay.
FINSBURY
The 42 home Finsbury security complex, situated on the corner of Tin and Kelly Roads in Bromhof, Randburg consists of fully tiled simplex and duplex homes each comprising of three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous reception areas with modern finishes, energy saving features, double garages and pet-friendly gardens.
WELTEVREDE
The Weltevrede Residential Complex is situated within the 30 hectare De Land Security Estate. The 45 low maintenance sectional title units were designed and developed to cater for residents aged 55 years and older and consisted of either one, two or three bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, open plan living areas and garages and were fitted with several energy saving features. All homes have pet friendly gardens and residents have access to walkways, a fruit orchard, the local restaurant and membership to the care centre.
STONELEIGH PHASE 2
The second phase of the Stoneleigh Residential Estate was made up of 81 units that were incorporated into the existing residential estate enjoying 24-hour security and access control and servicing the rental market. Again, we constructed one, two and three-bedroom homes; all fitted with pre-paid electricity and water meters, HD satellite points and security gates.
THE LINDEN
A 51 unit apartment development in the heart of Linden opposite the sports fields of Louw Geldenhuys Primary School. All homes within the development offer two spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms, ultra modern kitchens and generous lounge areas. Not only are the apartments exquisitely finished, they are also fitted with a built-in braai, an open access fibre network point, HD satellite points, pre-paid electricity and pre-paid water systems.
STUDIOS @ 367
Originally an office park, the building was stripped down to the bare shell and remodelled into 96 residential apartments. Each fully tiled studio apartment consists of a reception area, a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. There is a HD satellite as well as an open fibre network point in each unit while both electricity and water are dispensed via a pre-paid system. The residence offers excellent security and biometric access control, with parking available under each building - now providing young professionals excellent security for their lock-up-and-go lifestyles.
STONELEIGH PHASE 1
This residential development was planned to be constructed in phases. Situated opposite the Carnival City Entertainment World and Casino it consists of one, two and three bedroom homes, all of which will service the rental market. All 108 units making up this phase are fitted with pre-paid electricity and water meters, HD satellite points and security gates, while the complex also has 24 hour security and access control.
DARTFORD
The Dartford residential estate was our first development in Pretoria. The security complex comprises of 40 two bed, two bath luxury apartments. The ground floor units also have walled and pet friendly gardens. The homes are all fitted with pre-paid electricity and water meters and HD satellite points. The complex is situated in close proximity to the Brooklyn Mall and the Life Groenkloof Hospital. All the units within the development were let to tenants, with the first units being occupied from December 2019.
CROFTON PARK
Crofton Park was one of the most exciting residential developments in Sandton for 2019. The 26-home development, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and nestled amongst established trees, is within walking distance to the Hyde Park Shopping Centre and offers quick access to William Nicol Road and Jan Smuts Avenue. All homes consist of two bedrooms with two bathrooms, architecturally designed kitchens, generous living areas and incorporate numerous energy saving features.
KILBURN PARK
Kilburn Park, a secured residential development in Wilgeheuwel, Roodepoort, comprises of 64 apartment-style fully tiled homes with modern open plan kitchens, allocated covered parking bays, pre-paid electricity and water meters and an HD satellite dish point. The designs cater for one, two and three bedrooms. Perfectly positioned and in close proximity to schools (public and private), major shopping centres, medical centres and the N1/14th Avenue interchange.
HAMPTON
The Hampton Residential Estate was our 6th and final residential development in the Bergbron Extension 14 Township. The development comprised of 158 homes in a variety of two bedrooms, two bathrooms layouts set within a secure estate with 24 hour access control. The units were fully tiled and numerous energy saving features were incorporated in them. All units within the development were available for lease to tenants on completion.
ELSENHAM
Elsenham is a 20 home residential development situated just offPresident Fouche Drive in Boskruin, Randburg. The contemporary design allows for two and three bedroom homes all with two bathrooms. All ground floor homes have walled and pet friendly gardens and each patio/balcony is fitted with a built-in braai. The homes, which were designed with low maintenance in mind, also had a number of energy saving features incorporated in them to help minimize costs. All homes within the development were available for lease to tenants on completion
GRANGE PARK
This 88 home Grange Park sectional title development is in close proximity to the iconic Kyalami racecourse, Waterfall Estate and the sprawling Mall of Africa and comprises of a variety of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The contemporary, yet low maintenance design allows for affordable monthly levies. A number of energy saving features were incorporated into the design to help curb energy costs. The residential complex also offers a clubhouse and swimming pool and all units have connection to the open access fibre network.
KENTON
Our secured Kenton residential development, the only Renico development in Bergbron which features one, two and three bedroom homes with either a single or double bathrooms in a variety of floor plans to cater for clients different needs. All ground floor units have walled and pet friendly gardens. As with all Renico's developments of late, a number of energy saving features were incorporated into the design of the complex.
SHEFFIELD
The Sheffield residential development was our 4th project in Bergbron. The complex consists of 16 apartment style homes and 21 simplex units, all comprising of two bedrooms with two bathrooms, ergonomically designed open plan kitchens, generous lounge areas and covered patios or balconies. All simplex and ground floor homes are walled and have pet friendly gardens.
PRESTON
The Preston residential estate is our second housing project within Cosmo City. The project comprise of 60 two bed apartments which are all being let to tenants from April 2019. Once again emphasis was placed on energy saving features plus excellent access control and a high level of security. Each unit is also fitted with a pre-paid electricity and a pre-paid hot water system and there is a HD dish point to each lounge.
WALTON
This stunning residential development in the heart of Ferndale comprises of only 6 simplex homes. These homes all offer three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, architecturally designed kitchens and generous lounge and dining room areas and all have a double garage, a covered patio and a garden spacious enough for the kids and dogs to play. The complex is a short 9 kilometre drive to either Sandton City or the Fourways Mall.

The Kenley residential estate on Bram Fischer Drive comprises of only 8 sectional title homes. STAMFORD BROOK
Stamford Brook is an 18 unit development in Fontainebleau, Randburg. The66m² fully tiled units offer 2 beds with 2 bathrooms, a decent sized lounge area and open plan kitchen. SHARON PARK LIFESTYLE ESTATE PHASE 5-8
Bringing the best value money can buy to the affordable home sector. The 41 free standing homes of different designs are situated within a security estate close to the Springs CBD. All have a fitted kitchen with cupboards and a stove with oven. Floors are tiled in the reception areas and have carpeted bedrooms. Some of the larger homes offer lock-up garages.
SARDINHA PARK
The 163 unit Sardinha Park complex in Wilgeheuwel, Roodepoort offers a number of apartments as well as pet friendly simplex units. CAMDEN
Our Camden development was the first of 6 exciting residential projects planned on this site. The security complex comprises of two bed, two bath simplex townhouses all with generous and pet friendly gardens. Furthermore the units offer modern and well designed kitchens, spacious lounge areas, covered patios and carports. Energy saving features were incorporated into the design of the units to help reduce monthly expenses. When purchased off plan clients could choose the finishes for their units.
STRATFORD
Stratford, situated in Craighall Park, Johannesburg is a mere 4 kilometres from the Sandton City Shopping Centre. The estate comprises of 25 luxury apartments all with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, modern kitchens, spacious reception areas and covered patios with built-in braais. All ground floor units have pet friendly gardens and each unit has 2 covered parking bays. A residential development in the heart of Honeydew! BEXLEY
The Bexley residential estate in Bergbron, the second complex to be completed on this site, comprises of 68 apartment styled homes offering 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and tiled lounge area and either covered patios or balconies. Each home has an allocated covered parking bay with ample open parking bays on offer for second vehicles or visitors. Built as an investment property within the Renico Property Portfolio, all units within the Bexley residential estate are leased to tenants.
VUT - PHASE 3
Construction to the 3rd and final phase of the Academia Student Accommodation, offering additional apartments for students and lying in close proximity to the main Vaal University of Technology campus has been completed. The apartments were designed and built to the clients specifications and were ready for occupation on the 1st of July 2018.
VUT - PHASE 2
The second phase of the student accommodation built for the Vaal University of Technology students was completed in February 2018, just in time for the New Year's intake. All 58 units within the second phase offer three bedrooms with two bathrooms, internet connectivity and a communal HD DSTV dish point to each unit. The development was designed and built to the clients specifications.
CRYSTAL PARK X66
After completing and selling the first two free standing homes in Crystal Park, Benoni, we launched the next 10 homes within the first phase. Construction commenced during August 2017. All the homes offer 3 tiled bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and a tiled lounge area. The homes have aluminium window frames, pre-paid electricity meters, double isolation in the ceiling to maintain internal ambient temperatures, heat pumps and a landscaped garden within a fenced stand.
TWICKENHAM
Opportunities like this do not come around very often. Renico Construction secured this landmark site in 2016 and commenced with the construction of the 144 sectional title apartments during June 2017. All the homes were completed and handed over to their new owners on the 28th of March 2018. All apartments within the development enjoy numerous energy saving features and offer 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchens and generous lounge areas. Each unit has a covered patio or balcony and an allocated covered parking bay.
BELVEDERE PHASE 2
We broke ground in June 2017 to commence with the second and final phase of this complex, consisting of 13 units, all catering for the rental market. The 76m² units all have 2 tiled bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with main en suite, spacious tiled lounge areas and open plan kitchens. The covered patios or balconies all have built-in braais. MOORGATE
Our Moorgate sectional title development, with beautiful park areas, consists of 94 units, each offering 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a generous lounge area and a well-designed open plan kitchen. This is one of the most exciting residential developments seen in Cosmo City. The Brentwood security complex, constructed to serve the rental market, comprises of 176 North facing apartments. Each fully tiled unit offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a lounge with open plan kitchen. The complex is situated on South Africa Drive with quick access to public transport.
KINGSWOOD
Construction of the Kingswood residential development in Randpark Ridge, Randburg was completed during July 2017. The residential complex offers 151 North facing apartments, all of which will be let to tenants. All units within the development offer two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous lounge areas and ergonomically designed kitchens.
CHAFFORD
Our Chafford residential development, situated just off Weltevreden Road in Berario, comprises of 16 apartments. All units within this secure complex serve the rental market and offer 2 tiled bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, tiled lounge areas and modern open plan kitchens. Each unit has an allocated covered parking bay, with visitor's parking bays also available. The units are fitted with a number of features to improve the complex's energy efficiency. The first tenants took occupation of their new homes on 1 August 2017.
VILLA FIORENTINA
This 33 unit development was designed and built to the owners specifications with all units being let to tenants from date of completion. The luxury units offer 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern open plan kitchens, tiled lounge areas and covered patios/balconies. The units are fitted with a number of security and energy saving features. The first tenants took occupation from the 1st of May 2017.
ASCOT
Ascot was our first affordable housing development in Crystal Park, Benoni. The residential estate comprises of 202 face brick simplex homes for the rental market. It is made up of a number of 2 bed, 1 bath simplexes as well as numerous 3 bed, 1 bath units, all fitted with a number of energy saving features and pre-paid electricity to help curb ever-rising energy costs. The security complex was completed during April 2017 with the first tenants taking occupation from the 1st of May.
PARK ROYAL
This development comprises of 150 townhouses perfectly positioned in Wilgeheuwel, Roodepoort, offering quick access to Hendrik Potgieter Rd, Beyers Naude Drive and Christiaan De Wet Road and has the brand new Curro Wilgeheuwel School, which opened its doors in January 2017, within walking distance. 3 different styles of homes, both simplex and duplex, all with walled and pet friendly gardens were constructed. Each unit has tiled bedrooms, 1 to 2,5 bathrooms, tiled lounge and dining room areas, modern kitchens, covered patios and a carport and enjoys a number of energy saving features incorporated into the design including a geyser fitted with an energy saving heat pump and pre-paid electricity meters.
BRANDI ANN
The Brandi-Anne Estate comprises of 15 full title stands, ranging in size between 425m² and 540m²,13 of which have been developed by Renico Construction. The 6 clusters within the 1st phase were completed in October 2016 and the remaining 7 homes within this, the 2nd and final phase of the development. The duplex homes offer 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, tiled lounge and dining room areas, double garages and staff accommodation. All homes also enjoy a number of energy saving features. The security estate is situated off Peter Road with easy access to either Beyers Naude Drive or Hendrik Potgieter.
PARYS GOLF & COUNTRY ESTATE (Phase 2)
The 2nd phase of development in this secure estate, offering many activities and amenities and situated on the banks of the Vaal River on the outskirts of Parys, saw the construction of 3 new homes. All built on full title stands exceeding 700m², the homes are surrounded by large indigenous trees and grasslands.
HADLEY WOOD
Set in the leafy suburb of Fairland, our Hadley Wood development comprises of 10 free standing duplex homes. The homes offer 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, guest loo, staff accommodation and double automated garages, ranging in size from 212m² and 254m². Each home also has a covered patio and a pet friendly garden. The homes are all fitted with a number of energy saving features to help curb ever rising electricity costs.
GEORGIAN CENTRE
The apartment block initially comprised of 23 flats on the second storey and a number of shops on ground level. During the refurbishment all shops were converted into residential units, creating 35 flats in total, which range in size between 44m² and 82m².The existing flats have all been upgraded in phases. Work on site was completed at the end of September 2016 and the tenants started taking occupation of the new units from the 1st of October.
BELVEDERE - Phase 1
The 1st phase comprises of 18 apartment-styled units, all of which will be let to tenants. All apartments within the development, 76m² in size, offer 3 tiled bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with main-en-suite, tiled lounge area and open plan kitchen. The units are all fitted with pre-paid electricity meters and the geysers with energy saving heat pumps. The units were ready for occupation from the 1st of November 2016.
LUCCA LIFESTYLE ESTATE
Lucca Lifestyle Estate is situated next to the Tuscany Ridge Lifestyle Estate in Potchefstroom. The sectional title development is made up of 29 simplex units and 60 apartments. All offer2 carpeted bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with main-en-suite, a tiled lounge area adjoining a spacious open plan kitchen and either a covered patio or balcony. Each unit has an allocated carport. The homes were designed with a number of energy saving features.
KRIMANSHOF PHASE 2
Construction of the second and final phase of the Krimanshof Residential Estate, situated just off Beyers Naude Drive, was completed during June 2016. All 24 fully tiled units, which offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with main en suite), a modern kitchen fitted with granite tops, a balcony and a carport and enjoy a communal DSTV system are being let to tenants.
Mill Hill
One of the last sites in Floracliffe to be developed this complex was sold to a single investor who is letting all the units to tenants. The 10 unit apartment block, with low maintenance design and numerous energy saving features was completed in a record breaking 2 month construction period. Completed during April 2016, the first tenants took occupation from the 1st of May. The complex is situated within walking distance of the Flora Clinic and the Standard Bank offices on William Nicol Drive.
Kensington
Situated on the corner of Mozart and Melba Streets in Honeydew the 13 sectional title units for a single client were constructed within a short 9 week period. All the units within the development will be let to tenants. The complex is comprised of five 2 bed, 2 bath as well as four 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse units. The final four units are 2 bed, 2 bath apartment-styled homes. All units were once again fitted with a number of energy saving features and enjoy a communal DSTV system.
Ponders End
Situated in the heart of Helderkruin and bordering on the Kloofendal Nature Reserve, this 186 unit development comprises of 2 and 3 bedroom duplex homes, all with walled and pet friendly gardens. The low maintenance design also enjoys a number of energy saving features to help curb ever-rising electricity costs and all the units within the estate are linked to the complex WiFi hotspot. A number of park areas have also been created within the boundaries of the estate. Construction commenced in June 2015 and was completed during April 2016.
Riverspray Phase 1
The Riverspray Lifestyle Estate is situated on the banks of the Vaal River in Gauteng. Renico Construction secured a number of stands within the estate and this first phase of development saw the completion of 12 homes by June 2016.
Protea Glen Manor
This is our second residential development in Protea Glen and is very similar to our Protea Glen Estate development which we completed in 2011, but this one has been built for the rental market. The security complex comprises of 102 two and three bedroom simplex units, all finished with tiled lounge areas, tiled bedrooms, fitted kitchens, free standing stoves with ovens and each has a covered parking bay. Each unit within the development is also fitted with an energy saving solar geyser, pre-paid electricity and a pre-paid water meter.
Oakleigh
Set amongst existing full title homes, 7 free standing townhouses were built – two as simplexes and the remaining five as duplexes. All the homes offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with full main-en-suite, tiled living areas, covered patios and double automated garages, while a number of the homes also have staff accommodation with ablution facilities. Each home enjoys the benefit of numerous energy saving features to help reduce monthly electricity charges. Parys Golf and Country Estate
This attractive home, constructed within the Parys Golf and Country Estate, was built on a 741 m² full title stand surrounded by indigenous trees and grasslands. Villa Massimo
Construction on this residential development, right next to the Cresta Shopping Centre, commenced in July 2015 and all 40 units were ready for occupation on the 1st of December. The units were fitted with pre-paid electricity meters and all geysers are fitted with energy saving heat pumps.
Krimanshof
The project involved the completely revamping of the existing 24 Krimanshof apartments, all of which were fitted with new kitchens and bathrooms incorporating modern finishes.
Enfield
A low maintenance face brick development with 57 modern apartments, all of which comprise of 2 carpeted bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with main-en-suite, a tiled lounge area off the modern kitchen and a covered patio.
